All Day Auto Transport – Terms & Conditions
We are All Day Auto Transport. Please note: charges on your credit card statement will appear as Car Delivery USA Inc.
Service Completion
Once your vehicle is assigned and dispatched to a carrier via Central Dispatch, All Day Auto Transport has rendered its service in full.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch without penalty.
Order cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to daniel@alldayautotransport.com.
If you authorize a charge to your credit card and your vehicle is dispatched to a carrier, and you subsequently cancel your order after dispatch, or if the carrier is unable to perform service due to inaccurate information provided, the loading fee charged is non-refundable.
Exception: If the carrier cancels the dispatch, the loading fee will be fully refunded to your credit card.
Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated after All Day Auto Transport has assigned and dispatched a carrier, this will constitute a breach of this Agreement. By assigning and dispatching a carrier, All Day Auto Transport has fully rendered its service.
Carrier Assignment
Once a carrier (transporter) has been assigned (dispatched) to your order, All Day Auto Transport will notify you via email at the address provided at booking.
Carrier Responsibility & Insurance
The carrier performing the transport is solely responsible for any damage to the vehicle during transit.
All claims for damages must be made directly with the carrier and its insurance company.
The carrier’s insurance covers only the vehicle — not personal items inside.
All Day Auto Transport (Car Delivery USA Inc. as DBA) is not responsible for missing or damaged items left in the vehicle, as these are not inventoried by us.
In the event of vehicle theft during transport, the carrier is responsible for handling the claim. All Day Auto Transport acts solely as a broker.
Items Inside the Vehicle
Customers are responsible for all items placed inside the vehicle.
The total weight of items inside the vehicle may not exceed 100 pounds.
The carrier may charge an additional fee if items exceed 75 pounds.
Pickup & Delivery Dates
Pickup and delivery dates are not guaranteed.
All Day Auto Transport is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical breakdowns.
All Day Auto Transport is not responsible for storage fees or car rental fees resulting from such delays.
Pricing & Payments
The Cash on Delivery (COD) balance to the carrier is subject to change according to the carrier’s going rate prior to pickup.
Additional payment methods may be accepted at the carrier’s discretion.
Carrier Confirmation Email
Upon assignment and dispatch, you will receive an email confirmation including the carrier’s name and telephone number. The email will also state:
IMPORTANT: Only release your vehicle to the carrier listed in this email. If you are not the pick-up contact, make sure whoever is releasing the vehicle is aware of this rule. If the pick-up is at a different location, instruct your contact to release the vehicle only to the assigned driver. If anyone else arrives claiming to be the driver, call (888) 567-7396 immediately.
Completion of Brokerage Service
The customer agrees that All Day Auto Transport has rendered its services once the carrier company has received the customer’s information via the Central Dispatch sheet, confirming that a carrier has been assigned to pick up and deliver the vehicle. At that point, All Day Auto Transport’s brokerage service is fully complete.
Authorization of Charges
I authorize All Day Auto Transport (processed under our DBA, Car Delivery USA Inc.) to charge my credit card for the quoted loading fee, plus a $4.99 processing fee, once a carrier has been assigned and dispatched.
Governing Law & Venue
All actions or proceedings arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be litigated exclusively in the State or Federal (if applicable) courts located in Broward County, Florida.
This choice of venue is mandatory and not permissive.
Each party waives any right to assert forum non conveniens or similar objections.
By this provision, the parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the specified courts.
Limitation of Liability
All Day Auto Transport’s (Car Delivery USA Inc. as DBA) liability is limited only to the amount of the loading fee charged.
