Very smooth process! Gary (broker) handled all the details setting up and coordinating with a transport company. I could not ask for a better broker. He stayed in touch until the vehicle was loaded ensuring the time-line for pickup was met and has no problem dealing with a late transport driver/company pickup. You the customer is his number 1 priority!! 1st time ever using a transport company and he would undoubtedly be my only choice if I needed to do another. I hired them to haul my 5th wheel RV. I was pleased that I was not charged a fee at all when I signed a contract with them. After a driver made contact with me, the deposit was charged. The driver kept in contact with me by sending me his location when he stopped for the evening and contacted me when he started again the next day. They weren’t the cheapest but they were reliable!
